Federation Square sought PMY’s expertise to develop a “Master Technology Framework” that would guide and enable their desired technology and innovation transformation.

PMY successfully delivered the Framework, along with a Technology Asset Management Tool, outlining immediate priorities, key deployment milestones, and metrics for a 10-year period. Additionally, PMY prepared a Business Case and Delivery Program for eight “ICT Strategic Projects” to integrate efficiently with the Framework. They also establish a Technology Steering Committee for executive oversight.

The project’s outcomes were substantial. The implementation of PMY’s Framework resulted in improved visitor safety and immersive, high-impact experience for on and off-site customers, enriching the cultural experience. The precinct now enjoys greater personalisation and customer engagement, facilitated by a data-driven approach to activities. With an integrated digital journey, wayfinding, and information delivery system provided by TechMedia, operations have been standardized, centralized, and more efficient. Furthermore, PMY ensured the future-proofing and scalability of the solutions via key TechMedia technologies.
