PMY was engaged by the Australian Turf Club (ATC) to develop a digital and technology enhancement strategy for Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens racecourses.

The goal was to create a global leading and immersive event and non-event day experience, improve commercial viability, and adopt a practical approach to venue development and services. PMY conducted in-depth information gathering, analyzed existing systems, and developed a future vision and strategy focused on customer-facing technology initiatives. They provided cost planning, revenue forecasting, and outlined investment and funding options. PMY was then chosen as the end-to-end technology partner, responsible for strategy, feasibility, design, and delivery.

As a result of PMY's involvement, Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens racecourses underwent a remarkable transformation.
